あ	あい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付時点で補修費用についてお伺いすると、「内金を入れた２０００円を出るかどうか」と言われ、出来上がりまでの日程は大体「３～４日程度」と言われお願いしたが、メールでの回答をお願いしていたにも関わらずその夜に何度も電話がかかってきて、その内容は価格は倍以上になり、さらには納期は１週間から１０日程度と言われたので、大切な服だったので迷ったが今の時期に着る洋服のため「できるだけ早く対応いただけるのであればお願いします」と言って「できるだけ頑張ります」と返答されたので依頼しました。その後３日後に、以前電話で伺った見積金額でさらには「補修はどうしますか？」という内容のメール返答が。。早くするもなにも、放置されていたのかと思い、今の時期に着たい服だったので、返金してほしい旨を伝えるもののまったくの返答なし。そのためお店に直接出向き確認するも、「対応した担当ではないので分かりません担当に連絡します」と電話をかけはじめたので、返金して服を返却してください。と依頼し、服を引き取りましたが（服はまるめて袋にも入れずそのまま手渡し……）、家に帰って服を見ると、さらに補修部分を破かれていました。その内容に関して一言も伝言はありませんでした。対応もそうですが、その事実に言葉もありません。本当にショックです。問題があるお店舗のため、利用はご注意ください。 When I asked about the repair cost at the time of reception, I was asked "whether I will pay 2000 yen with the deposit", and the schedule until completion was about "3-4 days", but I asked by e-mail.
