★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてのお店でした。店内は広く全く密ではなくコロナ禍でも安心でした。担当してくれた方がとても丁寧な接客でこちらの要望をきちんと受け止めてくれて最後のヘアセットもとても素敵でまたお願いしたいなと思いました。

普段、オーガニック生活をしている身としては、自然派系のシャンプーやトリートメントもあると更に完璧なのですが……でもまあ、2ヶ月に1回のたまの事ですし、技術力とサービスが良いので通い続けようと思います。

For a person who usually lives organically, it would be even more perfect if there were natural shampoos and treatments ... But, well, it happens once every two months, and the technical skills and services are good. I will continue to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アシスタントの女性の方は丁寧に対応してくれましたが、担当の男性スタイリストの態度が無愛想で終始横柄。
忙しいのか、機嫌が悪かったのか…
カウンセリングも全くこちらの意図を汲み取ろうともしてくれませんでした。
店長ということで期待し過ぎたのかもしれません。
メニューや価格帯は魅力的なだけに残念です。

Are you busy or in a bad mood ...
The counseling didn't even try to understand this intention at all.
Maybe I was expecting too much because I was the store manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ だいぶ前に染めて色落ちした髪を染め直そうと思い、カラーの詳しい相談ができるこの美容室さんに出会いました。
事前にピンクアッシュの色味にしてもらおうと考えていたのですが、ブリーチが必要になるのは勿論、希望の色味を出すまでは少し時間がかかりますとの事でしたので、担当して頂いたスタイリストさんと相談した結果インナーカラーにピンクを入れることになりました。
その際も分かりやすく丁寧に説明して頂き、ブリーチが初めてな私でも安心して施術をお願いすることができました。
カットやカラー、ブローの時に髪のクセについてアドバイスして頂いたり、自分の悩みにあったトリートメントを選ぶことが出来たりと、今までになかった体験をすることができました。
お店の雰囲気も明るくて清潔感があり、とてもリラックスできます。スタッフさんの笑顔もとても良いです。
最終の仕上げまで細かく対応して頂き、カラーの色味もデザインもとても満足しました。
