★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小さい方の店舗で靴を購入する際に、前髪少し染めてる女性の方に接客してもらったんですが、その方の態度がすごく悪くて気分害しました。
靴のことで質問したら顔をしかめられ、もう一度聞かれ、ふてこい感じで返答されました。
態度が悪いのはまあ大丈夫だったんですが、表情にまで出してること、会計後、ありがとうございましたも言われなかったので、最低限のことも出来ない方が接客業されてることにすごいなって思いました。
靴に関しても、試し履きさせてもらったのを渡されて
案の定、側面は即に汚れた状態でした
次の日に電話して、試し履き何回かされてて即に汚れてるから新品に変えてもらえないか聞いたところ
、試し履きの靴はご了承の上ご購入いただくと言う事を伝えたと言われ、いや伝えられてないです。って言ったら謝罪と新品取り寄せすると言われました。
そもそも伝えてもらってたらはなから電話しないので、この対応でここの店は終わってるなと思いました。
