★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の11時30分頃に訪問しました。
結構空いてて三割程度でした。
ただ、お昼少し前になるとドンドン人が入ってきてほぼ一杯になりました。
ここは初めてなのでスタッフのお姉さんが優しく説明して頂けたのでシステムが良く分かりました。
メインの食事を選択して、サラダや総菜、ちょっとしたデザートは好きなだけ食べることが出来て、しかも一つ一つがしっかりしてる。
家族の多いファミリーなどには最高ですね。
 I visited around 11:30 on Sunday.
It was quite open and about 30%.

As it was the first time in this area, the staff's sister gave me a gentle explanation and I understood the system well.
You can choose your main meal and eat as many salads, side dishes and small desserts as you like, and each one is solid.
It is great for families with many families.

まずはじめに感想から…。
概ね良かったですよ。?
コロナ騒動から外出自粛ムードも漂う昨今、オープン後30分足らずで入った店内には、年配の方中心に食事をされている方複数。
12:00近くになると若いご家族連れを含め、席は埋まっていきました。政府が【ビュッフェ】を名指しして牽制したのも加味し、よく頑張っていらっしゃる。私のホテルも朝食ビュッフェが売りなだけに、励まされた感を勝手ながらいだきました。
飲食店でのマスト【トイレチェック】も忘れてしまうほど、店内も清潔感があって良かったです。お仕事途中のワークマンの強い味方と伺えました。これからもがんばりましょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ その後、再訪。ホッケを頼んだら水っぽくてしょっぱい。日によってばらつきがあるようで★マイナス1です。サバの方がばらつきがなさそうです。
魚定食が魚のサイズが大きくて良いです。写真はホッケですが、サバも大きいです。大きさだけでなくなかなか美味しいです。この他にサラダ、おからなど色々な惣菜バイキングをいただけますので健康的にお腹いっぱいになれます。お昼に魚を食べられるお店は少ないのでありがたいです。個人的には魚定食に限り★４です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安定の美味しさですが、バイキングの惣菜もあまり代り映えしない。季節のメニューもいつも特に頼みたいものもない。でも、値段も味も納得レベルなので定期的に通わせて頂いています。イチ押しのチキン南蛮ですが、前のタルタルの方が断然好みでした。なので頼まなくなっちゃったなぁ。
菜々家さんはどこも清潔感があって、入りやすい雰囲気ですが、大野田店の残念ポイントは無料の温かいお茶がないことですね?
It's stable and delicious, but the Viking side dish doesn't look good. I don't always have a seasonal menu to ask for. However, the price and taste are at a reasonable level, so I regularly go there. It's a chicken nanban, but I definitely liked the tartar sauce in front of it. So I didn't ask.
Nanaya has a clean and easy-to-enter atmosphere, but the unfortunate point of the Onoda store is that there is no free hot tea ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで初めてお伺いしました。外観よりも室内はゆったりしていて明るい印象。奥様方でいっぱいかなと思いましたが、サラリーマンの方々も結構いました。リーズナブルな定食に野菜系中心のバイキングは野菜不足を補ってくれるので健康を考えると良いと思います。相方はほっけ定食を、あぶらものっていてとても満足。私はおろし大根のドレッシングがたっぷりのチキンを頂きました。こちらもサイズデカ！バイキングも含めランチでは十分満足のいくものでした。メニューもいろいろ選べるので、老若男女問わずお腹いっぱい楽しめお店だと思います。ひとりでも気軽に行けるのがまた、いいところです。
I visited for the first time at lunch. The interior is more spacious and brighter than the exterior. I thought it was full of wives, but there were quite a few office workers as well. A reasonable set meal and a vegetable-based buffet will make up for the lack of vegetables, so I think it's good to consider your health. My partner is very satisfied with the atka mackerel set meal. I got a chicken with plenty of grated radish dressing. This is also a big size! I was satisfied with the lunch including the buffet. You can choose from a variety of menus, so I think it's a restaurant that you can enjoy to your heart's content, regardless of age or gender. It is also a good point that you can easily go alone.
