七久保食堂さんは味とボリューム共に評判が良い食堂のようです。
レバニラ定食ご飯大盛りたぶん？750円（100円増し）を注文。
◇レバニラ定食ご飯大盛り
＊レバニラ
具材はレバー・ニラ・モヤシを使用し、程よい甘辛さの醤油ベースの味付け。
レバーはほとんど臭みは感じないのできちんと下処理を施している。
厚めのレバーはプリッとした歯応えがあり、野菜はシャキッとした食感がある。
中華専門店と比較しても遜色の無い加熱調理は食堂としてはレベルが高い。
ボリュームも十分にあり、未計量ですが約400g以上はある。
＊カブと油揚げの煮物
カブと油揚げをやや甘めのダシでじっくりと炊きあげている。
油揚げの旨味がカブに十分染み込んでいるので美味しい。
＊お新香
胡瓜の古漬け、白菜の浅漬けの二種類からなる手作り風のお新香。
＊味噌汁
エノキダケ・水菜？などの具材がたっぷり入った味噌汁。
エノキダケの旨味が程よいダシとなり、食べ応えもあって美味しい。
＊ご飯大盛り
直径約15cmの大きめの丼には十二分目位のご飯が盛り付け。
未計量ですが約一合半（500g）の量と分析しました。
レバニラ定食ご飯大盛りはレバニラとご飯大盛りを合わせて約900gと分析。
デカ盛り店ではありませんが、なかなかボリュームのある食堂です。

七久保食堂さんは安くてボリュームがあり、主菜以外の小鉢も美味しい。
紫波中央駅付近に来たならば、また来店したいと思う優良店です。

カツカレーいた。だきました。
少し深めのおさらで、普通でも結構な量です!
カツは斜めにカットされ食べやすく、カレーは甘めに感じますが、食べ終わっても暫く辛さが尾を引きます。カレーもタップリかかって最後まで美味しくいただけます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年8月21日初訪問。満員御礼！余りにも一杯なので車の中で待つ事にして、口コミを確認。カツと味噌ラーメンに絞って、車の台数が減ったので中へ。セットメニューのカツ丼と冷風麺を、頼んでみました。カツは柔らかくてホクホク！玉子のトロミと汁も程よく、ご飯ともあい、美味しいカツ丼です。冷風麺も酸っぱ過ぎず具沢山で美味しかったです。定食やラーメン類も気になるので、次は味噌ラーメンかな？ランチ時を少しずらすと空いているようです。

ラーメンとチャーハンセットで700円は今のご時世で安すぎる。

昼は11時半くらいから14時までは混み合っている印象で、相席も覚悟しましょう。
ラーメンチャーハンセットやレバニラ、定食などが人気のようだ。
冷やし中華やカレーも良い。
何を頼んでも比較的早く出てくるし、ハズレもない。

タレの濃さ、キャベツ、マヨネーズ、、最高の組み合わせ。マグロの小鉢も嬉しい。いつも漬けマグロ丼にして〆てます。美味い。
肉鍋定食も良い！
冬は暖炉があって、、本州の最東端(?)に来たんだなと実感した。田舎のなかの田舎の定食屋さんの雰囲気が最高でした。また行きたい。
