★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品が見付からない時に調べて取り寄せしてくれました。感じの良い店員さんでしたが、店員さんの人数が少なく専門的な事を聞きたくてもなかなか聞けなかったのがちょっと残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 誤った説明をされて契約したためトラブルになりました。（店舗ではなく）サポートセンターとやり取りして、損したぶんは返金してもらえたのが幸いです。なお、接客自体は丁寧で不満なしです。
I was in trouble because I was contracted incorrectly. It is fortunate that I exchanged with the support center (instead of the store) and received a refund for the lost part. Furthermore, the customer service itself is polite and without complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低、言い過ぎではありません。ホンマに最低な携帯ショップです。契約する時の対応がすごく優しくて、丁寧に説明してくれましたが、二度目行った時、店員さんの態度が180度を変わりました。契約する時の店員さんも同じく冷たい目でこちら見てました。問い合わせする内容はすべてサポートセンターに振り回します。最低な対応!

The response when signing the contract was very kind and explained politely, but when I went the second time, the attitude of the clerk changed 180 degrees. The clerk at the time of the contract also looked at me with cold eyes. All inquiries will be sent to the support center. Worst response!
