★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 売り場面積は狭いのですが、家電を実際に見て購入する事が出来るのでお近くにお住まいでしたら白物家電の買い替えには特におススメです。
 Although the sales floor area is small, you can actually see and buy home appliances, so if you live nearby, it is especially recommended to replace white goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広いけれどあまり居心地は良くないと感じました。ヤマダ電気の若い店員さん(学生のアルバイト？)がレジでユラユラヘラヘラしてましたね。お客様を前にしてあれは無いです。商品のカラーバリエーションも小規模量販店に負けていました。
I felt it was spacious but not very comfortable. A young clerk of Yamada Denki (a student part-time job?) Was fluttering at the cash register. There is no such thing in front of the customer. The color variations of the products were also defeated by small-scale mass retailers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展示品に11月に再開したドコモのhome 5Gのキャンペーンに関する掲示がなかったため、質問したところ、信じられないくらい横柄な態度で驚いた。何度か利用しとても親切な店員はいたが、彼に関しては接客に向いてないわ。この店は二度と利用しない。
When I asked a question, I was surprised at the incredibly arrogant attitude because there was no notice on the exhibit about DoCoMo's home 5G campaign that resumed in November. There was a very kind clerk who used it several times, but he is not suitable for serving customers. I will never use this store again.

対応して頂いた店員さんも感じが良かった。
Since it was a weekday afternoon, I was able to see the products slowly without any people.
The clerk who responded was also nice.

大型店と違い客が少ないので、販売員がきちんと対応してくれます。
でも商品知識は人によってばらつきがありますね。
ビックやヨドバシの方が知識量は上ですね。

Unlike large stores, there are few customers, so the sales staff will respond properly.
However, product knowledge varies from person to person.
Big and Yodobashi have a higher amount of knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レンジの下見で女性店員に声をかけたら商品説明をしていただけましたがネイルが派手すぎてそれが気になってしまいました。ハロウィンだからジャック・オー・ランタンの柄？そういう爪している方に接客されても料理のイメージが湧きませんよね。お料理されない方みたいなので参考にならず購入せず帰りました。後日メガネの女性店員さんから丁寧な接客を受けて洗濯機は購入させていただきました。レンジもその方にお願いしようと思っています。
When I called out to a female clerk during a preview of the microwave oven, she explained the product, but the nails were too flashy and I was worried about it. Because it's Halloween, is it the pattern of Jack O Lantern? Even if you serve customers with such nails, you won't get the image of cooking. It seems like someone who doesn't cook, so I went home without buying it because it wasn't helpful. At a later date, I received a polite customer service from a female clerk with glasses and purchased a washing machine. I'm thinking of asking that person for the range.
