牛ハラミ(200g)定食税込900円！
付け合わせに少量のキャベツとモヤシの卵とじの小鉢と普通の大きさの椀に入った豚汁とご飯付。
肉がこれだけ食べられて付け合わせもなかなか充実しているのは嬉しかったです。
店内が寒いのか皿が冷たいのか、ハラミ焼きを仕上げるのが早かったせいか(見ていた)
ハラミが皿の上で冷めるのが早かったのが少し残念。
おこがましいですが先にご飯も小鉢も椀も盛ってからメインの仕上げをするオペレーションでも良さそうに思いました。厨房内の配置上仕方ないかな？

I was happy that I could eat this much meat and the garnish was quite substantial.
Maybe it's cold inside the store or the dishes are cold, maybe because it was quick to finish the skirt steak (I was watching)
It's a little disappointing that Harami cooled quickly on the plate.
It's awkward, but I thought it would be good to have an operation where the main finish is done after the rice, small bowls, and bowls are served first. Is it unavoidable in terms of placement in the kitchen?
