かけ蕎麦の大盛りを食べたのですが、食感は固めで、太さは少し細めの印象。
味は美味いが何か物足りない。ただ、つゆはとても気に入った。
また、個人的な感想ですが、お蕎麦よりも天ぷらの方が美味しい、特に天ぷらのつゆ。
どうやってこんなにしっかりした出汁を取れるのか
それと、天ぷらの写真がぶれてて申し訳ないです。
This is a very beautiful shop both in appearance and interior.
I ate a large serving of kake soba, but the texture was firm and the thickness was a bit thin.
The taste is good but something is not enough. However, I really liked the soup.
Also, my personal impression is that tempura is more delicious than soba, especially tempura soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦、天ぷらが美味しいことで有名なお店です。個人的には、紅茶鴨の炭火焼きが実に香ばしく、お酒にもよく合い、美味しかったです。
清潔感のある店内と、素敵な店員さんの対応、美味しい食事とお酒、大満足です。ごちそうさまでした。

二八そばが売り。
細目のお蕎麦でもしっかりとしたコシ。
つけ汁や蕎麦湯もおいしい。
食前に出てくるそば茶が、
香ばしくとてもおいしい。
こうしたお店のお蕎麦なら
間違いないと思います。
店員さん丁寧に応対してくれます。

蕎麦を箸で持った感想はサラッとしてるな、という印象でモチモチとくっ付く感じがまったくありません。
じゃあ食感はというとパサつきや粉っぽさが全く無くしっかりした蕎麦の風味と食感が楽しめて正直びっくりしました。美味しい。
大盛りは普通盛りの倍くらいの量で満足。
天丼の天ぷらはカラッと揚げてありタレも濃過ぎずしつこくないです。
但し量はセットの小丼といった感じで男性には少々物足りないかもしれません。
全体的には大満足でした。
駐車場は2台分しかないので空いてたらラッキーくらいの心構えで。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soba was fairly good. Kind of weird that they served us a dirty dish. A stack of bowls had one on the bottom that still had the left over soup and tempura crumbs from a previous patron. They took it away when we told them about it but did not apologize. Surprising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time to come to this soba noodle restaurant. They server traditional 2/8 soba noodle(20%: flour, 80%:buckwheat). I ordered soba with oysters tempura. Both tempura and soba are really awesome. Would like to come back again soon.
