山	山崎恵 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応に不満がありすぎる。水曜休みらしいが別曜日の日中に電話しても営業時間外コールで全く繋がらない。担当がいないから次の日の12時から13時に掛け直すと言っていたがかかってこず、こっちからその時間に二回かけるもコール音のみ。そもそも折り返すつもりないなら折電時間聞かなければよくないですかね？また同じこと別担当に伝えなきゃいけないんでしょう？退去したいだけなのになぜこんなに不満が出るのか。最後の最後で不満だらけで、このためだけにわざわざアカウント作りました。担当だとか担当じゃないとかは客からしたら関係ないし、会社にかけてるんだから、それなりの対応しないと会社の名前背負ってること、自覚してんのかなと思いました。対応してくれた方は大人の男性の方でしたよ。もっと若い方の方がしっかり対応してくれる会社たくさんあります。非常に残念です。 There is too much dissatisfaction with the response. k	k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 信じられないくらい対応が悪い。根本的にビジネスとしておかしい。・電話をしてもほぼ100%折り返しになる・そのまま折り返し連絡がないことも普通・営業時間外に着信が入り、1分以内に折り返したのに留守電につながる・退去時の敷金返済（退去費用差し引いた金額）は1ヶ月以内と契約書に明記され、退去立ち合い時にも担当者からはっきりと「1ヶ月以内」と言われたのに、1ヶ月を過ぎても振り込みなし・問い合わせたところ「退去後2ヶ月半後の日にちに振込予定」と言われ、さらに「お急ぎですか？」と理解に苦しむ発言あり →契約書に明記されている期日での家賃の支払いが滞ることが許されないのと同じのはずではないか？物件はとても良いがおすすめはできない。 Incredibly bad.
