★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年7月に賃貸物件のご紹介をいただきました。大阪市内でペットの飼える物件で、その他家賃等難しい条件の中、担当者の方は誠意を持って懸命にご対応いただき、無事に納得のいく物件を借りることができました。厳しい条件の中から、多くの物件を提案頂き、連絡もはやく、書類のやり取りもスムーズでした。複数不動産会社を巡りましたが、このようにやり取りをしていただけたのが決め手になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての一人暮らしでしたが、親身になって話も聞いてくれ、知らないことも親切に教えてくれました。私が「これで良い」と妥協するようなことを言うと、「ダメです。お客様に住んでいただくなら、妥協はさせません。もっと探しましょう」と、こちら以上に熱く、対応していただきました。タイミングもあって、何人か紹介させていただきましたが、皆、気持ちよく生活しているようです。私は兵庫県在住ですが、福島に限らず、手広い範囲の物件を提案していただけるので、お勧めしたいです。

その日はゆっくりしていたのもあり、担当以外の方も一緒に物件探しをして下さり納得のいく物件を見つけることが出来たので良かったです！
ただ、初期費用を初めに尋ねた時に希望していた額内に収まりますよ！と言っていただけて安心したのですが、最終的な契約金額が1万以上オーバーしていたのであれ？と思いました。
この物件に住むと決めたので何も言いませんでしたが、納得の物件を見つけてくださっただけに残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 探していた地域は、店舗さんから遠いところだったのですがスタッフさんがこちらに来て対応してくれたりと凄く助かりました。部屋を見に行った際も、どのような作りでどのように使うといいかなど、事細かく説明してくれたり寸法確認してくれたりと親切に対応してくれました。電化製品(冷蔵庫等のサイズがわからなかったりし困っていた時、相談してみようかと電話で問い合わせた際もサイズだけではなくどのように置いたりしたらいいかなども教えてくださりました。とてもいい物件見つけてくださっただけではなく、その後の対応にも快く応じてもらえました。ありがとうございます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今までいくつか不動産に行って相談したことがありますが、1番対応が素晴らしく良かったです。若い女性の方に対応してもらいましたが、教育指導がしっかりしているのかとても丁寧で安心しました。まずは、電話からはじまりましたがこのような条件で探してもらいたいとざっくりとした条件しか出してなかったですが、担当の方の理解力が高くこちらの希望をしっかり把握してもらえました。1件1件全て部屋の説明(間取り等)や周辺のお店や、説明してもらい部屋決めもスムーズに決めることができ、賃貸の知識があまりなかった私ですが、面倒くさがることなくすごくわかりやすく、メモなどを交えて説明してくれました。こちらが店舗から遠い場所だったのですが、店舗に来られるのが難しいのならば、、とスカイプで対応して頂いたりもしました。その際に資格の提示もきちんとしてもらいとても安心できました。部屋の間取りを確認しにいった際も凄くやわらかく温かい対応でした。部屋を決めてからの対応もとても良く、書類にも付箋等でメモを貼ってくださってたりと細かいところにも配慮があり安心しながら契約できました。電話対応なども、とても愛想が良く好印象でした。細かいところも、目が行き届いていたりとここまで接客対応力がある不動産はなかなかないのではないかなと思います。お店も、凄くアットホームな感じでお洒落で綺麗でした。お近くの方はもちろん、遠方の方にもおすすめできるなと思いレビューを書かせて頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長の藤高さんにご対応頂いたのですが、非常に丁寧かつスピーディな対応をして下さい、希望の物件への入居に必要な手続きをほぼ全て済ませてくださいました。仲介手数料も相場通りの家賃1ヶ月分なので、下手に仲介手数料ナシの所にするよりは、家賃1ヶ月分だけで面倒な手続きや交渉は全部お任せ出来ちゃう方が個人的に良いなと思います?
簡単なやりとりはLINEでも出来るような体制を整えて下さってるのも良いポイントだと感じました。
初来店の前に希望条件や「ここだけは譲れない点」などを伝えておけば、適した物件情報を集めておいて下さいますし、内見もすぐ手配して下さいます！
2022/1月に初めての問い合わせをして、2月中旬にはもう住み始めることが出来たので、福島エリアで部屋探ししてる方なら1度クラシス福島店さんにご相談してみることをオススメします?(入居後も家の不備などをLINEで問い合わせしたら、管理会社さんに代理で伝えて下さったりもしました?恐らく本当は業務外なのに快く対応して下さるので入居後もお世話になりっぱなしです)
