★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古い家を借りているのですが、事前の説明とまったく違う部分が多々ありかなり困惑いたしました。
その中でも本当にショックだったのが【最近まで貸主さんが住んでいたと聞かされていたが、後々、引き継いだ不動産屋さんに確認すると2年ほど誰も住んでいなかった】ことです。
最近まで住んでいたなら大丈夫だろう！と信じて借りましたが、結果を言えば…トイレは根詰まりを起こしているのと貯水槽が壊れている、風呂の洗い場も根詰まりを起こしていてほぼ流れない、洗濯槽の配管は詰まっていて流れない、など生活の基盤となる部分に多くの欠陥が見られました。2年も住んでいなければ当たり前です…。
おかげで借りた後にかなりの出費が発生しました。
今思えば、こちらが確認して下さいとお願いしたことも、たぶん大丈夫ですよーと適当に流されたことがあったり、契約書に間違いがあると言われ持っていけば、今日は何か用ですか？と聞かれたり…不安な要素はかなりありました。
唯一の救いは…契約後に別の不動産屋さんに引き継がれたことです。
