★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日契約しました。親切な対応なのですが、説明や案内に欠ける点が目立ちます。確認不足のこちらも悪いですが、例として、ガス水道は事前に予約が必要なのにこちらからメールしてもなんの謝りもなく返信され、引越し当日に普通に連絡先を渡してきました。その中に「引越時諸手続きのご案内」にて、「電気水道ガス開栓はお済みですか。事前に予約が必要です。」と書いてあるエイブル様作成の紙も引渡し当日の書類に入っていました。更に、たまたま持っていたからいいものの、引渡し時に印鑑が必要なんて聞いていません。今まで4度引越しをし都度違う不動産屋にお世話になっていますが、こんなこと初めてです。契約したばかりですが、この先が不安でなりません。

A paper created by Able that says "Have you opened the electric water gas gas? You need to make a reservation in advance." Was there. Furthermore, although it was good because I happened to have it, I have not heard that a seal is required at the time of delivery. I have moved four times and have been taken care of by a different real estate agent each time, but this is the first time for me. I just signed a contract, but I'm not worried about the future.
