★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 割りと大きい体格の男性営業マンが対応してくれた。夏場でラフな身なりで1500万の予算で土地の紹介をお願いしたせいか、割りと見下した感じで対応された。貧乏人にまともに紹介できるような物件はないというような雰囲気満々でした。 もうすぐ分譲になる土地の紹介をお願いしたが、半年以上経過したが紹介されない。家付きで利益率のよい案件でないと真剣には対応して頂けないです。残念な会社でした。
A relatively large male salesman responded. I was asked to introduce the land with a rough budget in the summer with a budget of 15 million. The atmosphere was such that there were no properties that could be properly introduced to the poor. We asked for an introduction of land that will be sold soon, but it has not been introduced after more than half a year. Unless you have a house and a profitable project, you will not be able to respond seriously. It was a disappointing company.
