k	kya ori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客は丁寧だし、気持ちよく契約できた。問題は契約時の保証会社。良和ハウス子会社の保証会社に強制加入することが条件の賃貸契約だった。保証会社とは保証人がいない人の為のものだと思っていたが、保証会社に加入する際に結局保証人が必要になる。保証人をたてることになるのなら、保証会社に入る意味なんてない。毎年手数料ばかり取られるだけ。仕組みがあくどくて吐き気がする。こんな不動産会社が広島での最大手で残念なことこの上ない。 The customer service was polite and I was able to make a contract comfortably. The problem is the guarantee company at the time of contract. The rental contract was conditional on a compulsory subscription to the guarantee company of the Ryowa House subsidiary. I thought that a guarantor was for people who didn't have a guarantor, but when I joined a guarantor, I eventually needed a guarantor. If you're going to have a guarantor, there's no point in joining a guarantor. Only fees are charged every year. The mechanism is awkward and I feel nauseous. Unfortunately, such a real estate company is the largest in Hiroshima.
