★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 学生時代からいろんな賃貸に住んできて、いろんな不動産仲介会社を見てきたが、最悪です。約束した敷金の返還額が勝手に減少され、なんの連絡もない。あり得ない対応に困惑してます。
追記。こちらから、問い合わせたところ、手違いだったということで結局敷金は帰ってきました。ただ、お金の返却で間違いがありましたとか、ガキの使いでもあるまいし、なんか意図があるのでしょう。ということで評価は低めのままにしときます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去後の敷金がなかなか返ってこず、何度か連絡しても毎回、確認しますとだけ言われて音沙汰がありませんでした。結果返してもらえたのですが、しばらくは大家に伝達すらしていなかったようで保留にされていた意味が分からなかったです。
契約時の印象は良かったのに本当に信じられなかったです。
