5	56 56 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅地の中の食堂。ナビでもトンでもなく細い道路を案内されます。（笑） ■2022.03.03　チャーシューメン＋ミニカツ丼のセット見た目はまさしくTHE田舎の食堂。チャーシューメンの麺はかなりヤワですが、スープは動物系で力強く、かなり旨く、単なる懐かしの中華そばとは一線を画すラーメンです。チャーシューは豚バラで脂身が多いですが、その脂身がプリプリで超好み。周りを見回すと、殆どのお客さんはラーメンを軸とした組み立てで注文してますね。納得です。他のメニューでは、モツ煮も旨そうなので、次回はそっちで。 A dining room in a residential area. 小	小林 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食べると懐かしくなり優しい気持ちになれます。うまく表現できないけど美味しいです！安心する味。カツ丼もチャーシューもお肉の旨味が噛めば噛むほど出てきます。長野県民らしい感じの店主さんで好感が持てました。 ※長野県民らしいというのは、真面目で、ちょっとシャイで、でも一生懸命な感じまた食べに行きます。 Eating makes you feel nostalgic and gentle.
