 The udon is chewy and the soup stock is delicious. Having lived in Takamatsu City, Shikoku, I ate udon a lot! It was fun to choose toppings ? Delicious ? I will go again. Please do your best!

何年振りだろうか。
豚汁うどんに惹かれて
気づいたら入店していた。
野菜がゴロッと入っており、
麺はモチモチ。
そして、汁をゴグゴク飲んでしまう。
身体の内側から温まることができた。
寒い日にまた来たい。

When I noticed, I was in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "fast food" udon here is better than many udon shops back in the States. Broth on tap was flavorful and noodles tasted good and had the right texture. Won't beat a dedicated udon shop but was great for fast food.
