また、どのサイトで告知するのかも店内に掲示してほしい。
4月7日、楽しみに伺ったが、休みだった。
店頭には、いつ休みなのか掲示されていなかった。
他にも数人が来ていたが、残念な表情をして帰って行った。

感染対策、料理、接客とも良好。
店主や男性スタッフは寡黙がちだが、接客は良好である。
店主は白髪が目立ってきたが、店主の焼く焼とん等はかなり旨い。
料理の注文は、カウンター席でも、メモに記入し店主に渡す等、感染対策は周辺の飲食店に比べ極めて良好である。

I was looking forward to it on April 7, but it was a holiday.
There was no notice on the storefront when it was closed.
There were several others, but I went home with a disappointing look.

Good infection control, food, and customer service.
Shopkeepers and male staff tend to be quiet, but the customer service is good.
The owner has noticeable white hair, but the owner's grilled tongue is quite delicious.
Even at the counter seats, you can order food by filling out a memo and handing it to the owner, and the infection control measures are extremely good compared to the restaurants in the surrounding area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素材の良さが味わえる、中野の焼きトン、新名店です。中野駅北口、ふれあいロードからミニストップがある方へ曲がった先にお店はあります。徒歩3分くらいです。 網レバーが名物のようで、私もオーダーしました。とても新鮮なレバーで、美味しかったです♪
焼きトンも種類豊富で楽しめます。センマイ刺も鮮度が良くて美味しかったー。シンプルにねぎも焼き加減が素晴らしくて美味かったです。
既に人気店のようで、平日19時にはほぼ満席でした。
焼きトンのオーダーの仕方は、紙にメニューの番号を書いて、好みの塩、タレも書くというスタイルです。
また次回行きたいです。
Nakano's Yakiton, a new famous store where you can enjoy the goodness of the ingredients. There is a shop at the north exit of Nakano Station, after turning from Fureai Road toward Ministop. It's about 3 minutes on foot. The net lever seems to be a specialty, so I ordered it too. It was a very fresh liver and it was delicious ♪
You can also enjoy a wide variety of grilled tons. The omasum sashimi was also fresh and delicious. The green onions were simply cooked and delicious.
It seems to be a popular shop already, and it was almost full at 19:00 on weekdays.
The way to order yakiton is to write the menu number on a piece of paper and write your favorite salt and sauce.
I want to go again next time.
