★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 間違った番号を登録されており、「拒否されてませんか」と聞かれました。携帯がつながらないので実家にかけたと言ってましたが、相当迷惑です。個人情報はしっかり確認してから入力すべきでは？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プラチナカードのインビテーションを頂いたので2018/12/18 19:00頃に来店しました。
その際、ゴールドカードで別のホテルの予約をしており、そのタイミングでカード番号が変わると決済に問題が生じるかもしれず、一旦保留にしたほうが良いのでは？とのことでした。
じゃあ仕方ないから今回は見合わせますね、という気持ちになったところで奥からマネージャーらしき人物が登場し、早口で「無理ですから」「大人しく待っててください」等まくし立てる塩対応。
同じサポート関連の仕事をしている身として、後々のトラブル（特に決済系）につながりそうな問合せを早くクローズしたい気持ちはわかりますが、客が納得したところに冷や水を浴びせるような言い方はないんじゃないかなぁと悲しくやるせない気持ちになりました。

As a person doing the same support-related work, I understand that I want to close inquiries that may lead to troubles (especially payment systems) later, but there is no way to say that I will bathe cold water when the customer is satisfied. I felt sad and unwilling to do it.
