★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/14（金）のお昼頃レジ対応していた背の高めの女性スタッフ、会計後レシートを出して「はい」と言うだけ。
え!?と思いながらこちらから「ありがとうございます」と言うとゴモゴモ何か言ってましたが、ちょっと接客の態度としてどうなのかなぁとモヤモヤしました。
無印良品は割と気持ちよく接客してくれる方が多い印象でしたが、その方の対応でちょっと印象が変わりましたね…

無印良品では長年いろいろ購入してます。
その中でも私のお気に入りはシャンプーです。
４種類ありますが中でもこの2種類をオススメしたいです！
⚫︎敏感肌用(柑橘系・サラサラ)
⚫︎エイジングケア(フローラルハーブ・しっとり)
YouTubeで色んな美容師さんが絶賛していたのがキッカケです。
安くて香りが良くサラサラになるので気分が爽やかになります ♪
友人にもオススメするとリピートしてました。
男性女性両方に使えそうなので家族で使ってもいいかもしれません。
美容室のシャンプーよりもサラサラでした。
私は香りが飽きたらトリートメントを他のメーカーに替えて気分転換してます。
それはシャンプーは無印良品じゃないと痒くなるのようで固定するようになりました。
敏感肌の人や、軽い指通りが好きな人は良さそうです。
男性は多毛剛毛でなければトリートメント無しでも大丈夫だと思います。
無印良品ファンで知らなかった人は一度使って見て下さい。
お試しサイズのボトルもありました。
中野と吉祥寺と上野の無印良品はマルイにあるのでエポスカードのポイントが貯まります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品もそこそこ揃っているし、家から近いのでかなり利用しておりますが、先日、片付けがしたくなって透明の収納ケースを買いに行ったのですが、男性のスタッフの方がお会計の際レジで落としてしまい、破損してないか確認してください！と言われて納得できませんでした。
新しいのと交換して下さい！と申し上げて交換してもらいました。
理由はその場で伝えませんでしたが、私が落としたわけではないし、たくさん在庫も積み上げでいるのだからと思い少し考えればわからないのかな？と残念に思いました。
交換していただいた後も、商品が同じかどうか確認してください！と言われました。
？？？オンラインショップなどでは働けない方ですね。その場でお客様に確認してもらわないと自分で判断出来ないんですもんね。

中野駅南口から徒歩１分くらいです。駅の出口のすぐ側にある中野マルイの４階に位置しており、立地は最高。
【混雑状況】
無印良品週間やマルコとマルオの7日間のときは少し混んでる程度ですが、両方が重なったときの混雑具合は半端ないです。
会計の列はレジがほぼフル稼働でも長蛇の列。家具等も特設受付ブースを設けて対応されてますが、それでも３０分〜１時間以上の待ちは覚悟したほうが良いと思います。
ただし、コロナが拡大して以降、重なったことがないので今後変わる可能性もあります。
【取扱商品や在庫】
無印良品の他のお店と変わらずと思われますが、あまり広くはないので家具の展示はかなり限定的です。
在庫も無印良品としてのセールに加え、マルコとマルオの７日間がありますが、それでも在庫は十分に確保されていると思われます。
【決済方法】
基本は無印良品の機器を使っていて、エポスカードの場合は専用機器のある場所で対応するので少し待ったと思います。
【接客等】
特に可もなく、不可もなくで、他の無印良品と差はないです。
新宿にも無印良品いっぱいありますが、ルミネ１０%オフの日と無印良品週間が重なる機会がほとんどないので、大きいものを買う場合は中野まで足を延ばして、ここの無印良品で買い物をされるのはいい選択かと思われます。
お店側も重なる日を狙って来ることを良く理解されてますし。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中野マルイ4階に入ってます。マルイの前をしょっちゅう通ってますが、検索するまで無印良品が入ってるを気付きませんでした。
もう少しマルイ側がアピールしたら良いのになと思います。
店舗はL字型でエスカレーター上がった正面に婦人衣料品があります。そこまで広くないのですが家具、文具、衣料品などある程度のものは揃ってます。私の買いたいものがこちらにらなく、店員さんに聞いたら大型店の新宿にあると丁寧に教えていただきました。
平日はそこまで混み合うことなくゆったりと買い物ができます。
