女性の先生にお世話になってます。PMSがかなり酷くどんな症状か？というのを話ししているだけでも涙が出そうになります。先生は優しいです。
血管迷走神経反射になりやすいので血液検査が苦手と伝えると横になって採血してもらえました。看護師さんも優しいです。
いつも予約せず来院するので30分くらい待ちます。予約した方がスムーズです。

先生によくある専門用語ではなく、いつも患者目線で話してくれるので安心して通えます。
レビューに何件かあった受付の方の態度については特に悪いとは感じませんでした！
電話対応も、名前などは予約の確認をした後で聞かれるので不快だとは感じたことないです。いっぱい時は聞かれませんし^^
院内では番号で呼ばれるのもプライバシーについて考えられてるみたいで安心です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は「横浜レディースクリニック」という名称でした。十数年前に妊婦検診で通ってました。年齢もある程度すすんで婦人科系の病気のセカンドオピニオンとして久しぶりに受診しました。当時の男性の先生らしき写真はあったので少し安心して、あとは自分の体のことを女医さんに相談しました。丁寧に説明してくださったので今後の対応も判断も決めることが出来ました。受付の方も看護師さんも優しい対応でした。
It used to be called "Yokohama Ladies Clinic". I went to a pregnant woman examination a dozen years ago. I went to a certain age and went to see a doctor for the first time in a long time as a second opinion of a gynecological illness. There was a picture of a male teacher at that time, so I was a little relieved, and then I consulted with a female doctor about my body. He explained it carefully, so I was able to decide what to do in the future and how to make a decision. Both the receptionist and the nurse were kind.

受付の方にいくつか質問をしましたが、もう面白いぐらいに、
「できません。」「わかりません。」「●●してもらうことになっています。」しか
回答が返ってこず、
会話に気が利かない愛想のない感じがひしひしと出ていて、接客業としてどうなのか？と個人的には苦笑いな対応でした笑
待合でも間隔を空けて患者さんが座るため、座る場所がなくエレベーター前にある椅子に座っていましたが、暑すぎて、待合室が空くのを確認しながら待っていました。
待合室で待っているときも、受付の方の電話が丸聞こえで、かなり気分が悪いです。
威圧的にタメ語で話すのは、そもそも人としていかがなものかと。ご本人がそれで良しと思っているのかもしれないですが。
だいたい病院に電話するときってなんかしらの不安があって電話してきてる人が多いですよね？
それに周りの患者に丸聞こえです。加えて、電話を切ったあとに、なんかかしらの悪口は小さめの声で２人で話してましたね。受付の方にされた対応や、人への電話応対を聞いていて気分悪いの一言でした。
先生は、淡々と説明する方で、変な感情が入らず、さくっと診断が終わりました。わからないことがあったら、連絡してきてねと、仰って頂ける先生だと思います。
まあ、電話をして先生がわからないことがあったから連絡してって言ってくれていても、受付の方がまず電話に出るので、先生に質問なんて出来るのかなぁぁぁぁ？？？って思いましたが笑
あと、こちらの病院は現金払いオンリーです！
診察から会計までは素早くて助かりました！

里帰り出産だった為、こちらでの最後の検診の時先生に頑張って元気な赤ちゃん産んできてねと言って下さりお世話になりましたという気持ちと不安だった出産に少し前向きになれましたありがとうございました
こちらのクリニックのいい所は
里帰り先の病院で貰うエコーは画質が荒かったのですがこちらで撮ってもらうエコーは鮮明でした。
４Ｄ等はないとの事でしたが
普通のエコーでもしっかり様子が分かるのでお陰で通うのがとても楽しみでした。
気になった点はこちらのクリニックの横には喫煙所があり妊婦さん向きの立地ではないと感じました。

The image quality of the echo I got at the hospital I was returning to was rough, but the echo I got here was clear.
It was said that there is no 4D etc.
I was really looking forward to going there because I could see the situation even with a normal echo.
The point I was interested in was that there was a smoking area next to this clinic and I felt that it was not suitable for pregnant women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend took me here it was an emergency. there was another place that turned me down because I didn't speak Japanese ( I am learning so I am able to understand) this Nakano Ladies Clinic understood my emergency and the staff even used translator for me. they went out of their way to help me. everyone was so kind and understanding.
