ら	らいぞう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 震災で途切れた自分と相馬とを、また繋ぐきっかけとなったのが、松林堂さんの「バター最中」です。おかげで再び相馬の地を訪れることになりました。考えてみればありそうでなかった商品です。商標登録しても良いのではとも思います。数々のフレーバーがありますが、個人的にはスタンダードなプレーンが好みです。ただ惜しむらくは、自家製餡ではないこと（買う側としてはさして重要ではありませんが）。素人が言うのもおこがましいのですけど、餡づくりは和菓子屋さんにとって命のようなものではないかと思います（購入は昨年でしたので、もし違っていたらご容赦ください）。もし自家製餡なら星は5つ以上です。 Matsurindo-san's "Butter Monaka" was the catalyst for connecting myself and Soma, who had been interrupted by the earthquake.
