看板商品が「浮城」です。
菓子の名は、南北朝時代の
築城で、相馬氏の本拠地と
される小高城の別名
「浮舟城」からです。
三代目の現社長が和菓子店と
洋菓子店で修業を重ね、和洋
折衷の味を考案しました。
白あん８割と小豆あん２割の
配合にコーヒーの粉末を加え、
細かく刻んだクルミをふんだんに
混ぜました。
甘さは控えめです。
何層にも重なったパイ生地で
包み、サクサクした食感も
楽しいです。
