チョコレートはとっても綺麗でお見事ですが、いいお値段だったので、ソフトクリーム540円を食べました。美味しかったです。

チョコ好きの後輩へのプレゼントを探し求めていた折りに巡り会いました。神戸は岡本にございますチョコレート専門店です。オーストラリアと日本の食材を見事に融合させた、まるで宝石のようにキラキラ輝く粒チョコレートを多数ご用意されております。
岡本、摂津本山それぞれの駅から徒歩数分。清潔感溢れるシックな店内には、美しいチョコレートがズラリと並んでおり、圧巻の風景。。まさに眼福です。一度お試しで自分用に購入させていただき、その見た目のきらびやかさに、一切負けないお味の素晴らしさに感動し、前述のプレゼントをと、殆ど間を置かず再度お邪魔致しました笑。
まずこちらのお店のおすすめポイントというと、なによりも食材選びの新鮮さです。オーストラリアのブッシュフードと言われる、個人的には耳慣れないジャンルの食材を多種多様な組み合わせでチョコレートに昇華されております。お味も香りも想像できない、何ともワクワクするボンボンの数々。お見事です！
そしてこちらは個人的に嬉しいポイントなのですが、ダークベースのお味がかなり充実しているという点です。フルーツ等様々なフレイバーと合わせようとすると、ホワイトの比重が大きくなったりするのですが、こちらはダークのしっかりしたお味の中でも霞まない、見事なバランスでこれまた色々な素材を融合されております。
初回にお邪魔した際に、余りに美味しそうだったもので、ソフトクリームもお願いしたのですが、こちらも期待以上のお味でした。後口スッキリのソフトクリームをトッピングやシロップが華やかに彩ります。さくさくのメレンゲがまたクリームに良く合うのです。。大変美味しゅうございました！

I met when I was looking for a gift for my junior who loves chocolate. Kobe is a chocolate specialty store located in Okamoto. We have a large selection of chocolate grains that shine like jewels, which is a perfect fusion of Australian and Japanese ingredients.
A few minutes walk from each station of Okamoto and Settsu Motoyama. Beautiful chocolates are lined up in a chic, clean interior, and the scenery is spectacular. .. It's just an eye fortune. I bought it for myself as a trial once, and I was impressed by the glittering appearance and the wonderful taste that was not defeated at all, and with the above-mentioned gift, I visited again almost immediately lol.
First of all, the recommended point of this shop is the freshness of the selection of ingredients. Ingredients of a genre that I am not familiar with, called Australian bush food, are sublimated into chocolate in a wide variety of combinations. A lot of exciting bonbons that you can't imagine the taste and aroma. It ’s amazing!
And this is a personal nice point, but the dark base taste is quite substantial. If you try to combine it with various flavors such as fruits, the specific gravity of white will increase, but this is a wonderful balance of various materials that is not hazy even in the solid taste of darkness. We are here.
When I visited for the first time, it seemed to be too delicious, so I asked for a soft serve ice cream, but it also tasted better than I expected. The soft serve ice cream with a refreshing back mouth is brilliantly colored with toppings and syrup. The crispy meringue goes well with the cream again. .. It was very delicious!

こちらのチョコレートは格別です。
普通のフレーバーチョコレートは、一種類の何かを混ぜこんであるのですが、ナカムラチョコレートさんはすごく珍しい素材で、アボリジニの伝統食ブッシュフードを２種類ずつ組み合わせてあります。
要するに、美しいだけではなく、味深い奥深いチョコレートです。
この絶妙なお味は表現が難しく、ご自身で食べて体感していただきたい逸品です(^_-)
