モンブランの外回りは濃厚な栗のクリームが回っていて、中にはマカロン生地の土台があり、食感と味共に驚きました。東京自由が丘で食べたモンブランのモンブランも中々でしたが、久しぶりに当たりに会えました。フォンダショコラも中のガナッシュにベリーが入っていて大人な味でした。これは好みが分かれるかもしれません。
