★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男一人でギフト用のボックス購入のために入店。初めてなのでボックスについて質問するも、知っていて当たり前かのような受け答えをされる。雑談メインの女性グループのお客さまには色々な試食を提供するが、真剣に商品を選んでいる私のもとには試食の案内はなし。
美味しいので星二つですが、芦屋でこの接客でいけるのか？ サービス業でありながら、どういう判断であのような言動に至るのか？
道挟んで向かいの某有名店も含め、周辺には美味しく気持ちのよい接客をするお店がいくつかありますので…残念なお店でした。
 Entered by a man alone to purchase a gift box. It's my first time to ask a question about the box, but I get the answer as if I knew it. We offer various tastings to the female group customers who mainly chat, but there is no guidance for tastings for me who is seriously choosing products.
It's delicious, so it has two stars, but can I go to Ashiya with this customer service? Even though it is a service industry, what kind of judgment will lead to such behavior?
There are several shops in the area that serve delicious and pleasant customers, including a famous shop across the road, so it was a shame.

百貨店の催事で知り、スコーン以外も食べてみたいと本店まで足を運んでみました♪
クグロフ、フィナンシェ、マドレーヌ…どれもしっとりしていて想像通り美味しかったです❤
また大阪にも催事で来て欲しい?
