★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 各科目に専門の深いい知識をお持ちの先生がいらっしゃって、色んな角度からヨガぎ学べるなぁと思いました。もちろん講義も面白いですが、雑談や豆知識も興味深く楽しいです。
授業のコマ一つ一つが3.5時間だったりと短いので、集中が切れずに自分に合わせて学べるのが良いと思いました。
