★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて車の査定をして頂きました。最初は電話だけの査定で、車種など必要事項をお伝えしてすぐに大体の金額提示を頂きました。より詳しく知りたかったので今度はお店に行き、見てもらいました。現時点ではありますが、査定して頂きました。すぐに金額を伝えて下さったのでとっても助かりました。他の車買取店に行ったところまずは査定金額が知りたいのに次購入の車の紹介ばかり。全く教えてくれず対応が酷かったです。しかしこちらは丁寧でとても親切です。今回初めて車を買い換えるのですが、わからないことだらけでしたが、詳しく色々教えて頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前こちらで査定してもらった時に、誰も買わない車なので値段がつきません。むしろリサイクル代としてお金を払っていただきたいですと言われました。しかし、他のお店でみてもらうと30万で買い取って頂きました。その後３ヶ月以内にその車は他のオーナーへ行きました。その時に、ほかにも回りましたがこのお店だけ値段がつかないと査定されました。ちょっと残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回はディーラーの下取り額の方が高かったので利用しなかったが、過去２台続けて買取って貰った。お店の人の対応はとても良く、見積り額を算出する時間も早い。複数の会社で見積もってもらい1番高い会社に売れば良い。

買取価格が予想以上に高く、何故その値段で買い取れるか、いつまでならその価格で買い取るか、売却まで手続き等、細かな説明があって納得がいったので売却決定。
無償の代車も大変有り難かったし、おかげで次の車に追加費用が殆どかからず、スムーズに乗り換えることが出来て大満足。数年後また乗り換える機会があったらまた査定に出すつもり。

いつもご担当頂いている小林さんへ、他店の査定額を腹を割ってお伝えしました。上司の方ともスムーズにご協議いただいた結果、どの店よりも最も高い額にて評価していただきました！なので、色々な買取店さんに先に回って査定額を確認しておき、最後の最後に小林さんへアピールポイントを添えて相談をしてみると、想像以上の良い結果が待っているものと思っています。
毎回そうですが、愛車の良い部分や査定が上がるポイントについて、とても評価してもらえる点はいつも感謝です。また逆に、査定が下がるポイントについても具体的に指摘をもらったり教えていただけて勉強になり助かっています。
とても豊富な知識や技術がありプロフェッショナルなお仕事をされる小林さんに今回もまたお世話になれてよかったです。
また一部の大手買取店さんでも見受けられる二重査定が無い、という点についても安心です。
