★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前からnanacoでクレジットカードの利用代金支払いをしていましたが、ある日突然出来なくなってしまいました。この時既にnanacoに20000円をチャージしていましたが、支払いも返金も不可とのこと。店に事前通告の張り紙が無く、店員さんも知らない様でした。この店舗が悪いと言うのではなく、セブンイレブンの体質に問題があると思います。

There was no prior notice sticker in the store and the store clerk didn't know. I don't think this store is bad, but I think there is a problem with the constitution of Seven-Eleven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感じの良い店員さんばかりなのですが、50代くらいの男性店員さんにレジ袋の有無を聞かれた際に聞き取れなかったのか、ボソッっと「聞こえねえんだよ」って言われたのは唖然とした。
飛沫防止シートで聞き取りにくいのは重々承知しているが、いつも気持ちよく利用させて頂いているのに残念でした。
All the clerk feels good, but when a male clerk in his 50s asked me if I had a plastic shopping bag, I wasn't able to hear it. I was stunned.
I know it's hard to hear with the droplet prevention sheet, but I'm sorry that I always use it comfortably.

店員サイドが客に来てほしくない的な雰囲気があります。←そりゃアルバイトからしたら客は少ないほうが楽でいいでしょうけど…
立地はいい、ただそれだけ
いままで色んなセブンイレブンを使ってきたが、この店舗のクオリティは低いと感じる
