動作が遅くなる原因をわかりやすく説明していただき納得できたので、修理してもらいました。
パソコンは見事にサクサク動作に生まれ変わり、超快適です！
データもきちんと元通りにしてもらえたので、今までと変わることなく使えます。
買換よりはるかに安く済んで助かりました。

インストールしていたOfficeのマイクロソフトアカウントのことまで対応していただけて、とても助かりました。
Windowsが起動しなかったのですが、修理前にデータをバックアップしていただけたので、データを失うことなく、翌日には今まで通り使えるようになったので、会社でもびっくりしていました。
