おかみさんがとても良い人でした。 だんなさんも、山野草はじめとても知識が有り凄く明るく、元気をもらいました。店の中にも所狭しと、いろんな物が沢山有ります。 今度、お蕎麦を食べに行きます。

ド派手な外観と内装が目立ちます でも山菜天そばはとても美味しかった 天ぷらも外はサクサク、中はモチっとして自分好み、蕎麦もコシがあって良かったです あと、店主はおしゃべり好きかも

山菜などの直売所も兼ねた、山によくあるお蕎麦屋さんだと思って期待しないで入ってみると、確かに直売所も兼ねていますが…。 お蕎麦がスゴく美味しいので驚きました。 リピーターさんも多いと思います。 でも、一番見てもらいたいのは店主のマシンガントークなんですけど。

蕎麦の方は麺の太さが不揃いで如何にも手打ちらしいのですが、どうも不揃いな蕎麦というのは同じ茹で時間だと硬さが均一にならない事から蕎麦通には敬遠される模様です。 私は蕎麦通でも何でもなく蕎麦の食べ比べなどもした事がありませんので、腰がある手打ちらしい食感で美味しく頂きました。 ただ、最後に短く切れた麺が残りましたので、不揃いで千切れやすい麺と言う事を考えると蕎麦専門店の麺とは違う、昔ながらの郷土料理の名残を残した蕎麦と言えそうです。 山の幸、山菜の天ぷらも正に郷土料理そのものと言った感じですが、コロモはサクサク、中はしっとりもっちりとしていて素材の旨味がしっかり詰まっている感じでこちらは特に美味しかったです。 蕎麦通向けの鹿沼蕎麦ではなく、昔からこの地方で食べられてきた郷土料理としての本来の鹿沼蕎麦はこちらに近いのかも知れませんね。

近隣の蕎麦屋さんとは完全に一線を画す店内は異空間そのもの。 店主の人柄もさる事ながら野菜の天ぷらが大変美味しかったです、今日は干し柿について店主の豊富な知識のほんの一部を伝授頂き帰宅後初めて干し柿作りにチャレンジしました。 この様に蕎麦以外にも色々と体験できる貴重なお店です。
