「電話でのご予約は受け付けておりませんので初めての方、予約外の方は午前9:00まで、午後14:30まで」と記載がありますが、オープンは9時からです。
という事は、一体何時何分に受付したらよいのかわからず、再三電話をしておりますが、繋がりませんでしたので、他の病院を探す事にしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生の診察は的確で信頼できます。応対も優しくて話も良く聞いてくださいます。ただいかんせん待ち時間が長すぎます。紹介状を持って行っても、当日午後の初診だと最後に回されますので、私は一旦家に帰ってから再訪問しました。時間に余裕を持てる方、また仕事が休みの日などに午前中の早い時間から行ける方にはおすすめの外科です！尚駐車場から直接入口に通じるドアは、現在閉じられているようですのでお気をつけて・・。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で当日の朝に診察してもらえるか確認したところ、受付さんにとても親切に教えていただきました。初診の患者さんはオープンしたらすぐ行くくらいでないとかなり待つみたいです。10時前に受付して、12時半くらいに診察でした。ずっと待合にいなくてもよかったので、一度出て受付さんに言われた時間に戻って診察してもらいました。
診察がすごく丁寧で、先生もわかりやすく説明してくれますし、こちらの質問にも根気強く答えていただけます。正直感動しました。
整形外科にかかることが今までなかったので、整形の先生はもしかしたらみんなそうなのかもしれませんが、今までで一番通いたいと思える先生でした。
待つ時間は長いけれど感動したので☆５つです。

ただ、他の方が書いている通り、初診の方は要注意です。8:00に診察券を出しても12:00過ぎますと平気で言われます。社会人が半休を取ったくらいでは間に合わないので注意が必要です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クチコミが良かったため行きましたが、サイトを見ると初診は9時までか14時30分までに来るようにと記載があったので、14時に行きました。
受付時間外のため2階のソファに座って待ち14時15分頃に受付しました。
その時に｢予約の方がいるので17時頃になりますが｣と言われ思わず目が点に...。
え？初診はウェブ予約もできず、営業時間前に現地に来るよう言われ、その挙句1番最後なのは笑えます。初診に厳しいですね。
初診もウェブ予約にするべきでは？全く平等じゃなくて笑えますね。
唯一の良い点は2時間半も空き時間があるため近辺に用事がある人は用を済ませられます。
ちなみに他の方の口コミやサイトを見る限り、9時や14時30分を過ぎると初診は弾かれます。再診も要予約らしいです。
まだ診察を受けていませんが、診察内容に関わらず印象悪すぎです...先生が素晴らしくてもこのシステムに対して納得出来ないので...仕方がない理由あるのでしょうか？

8時過ぎに正面自動ドア開錠され2階受付備え付けの紙に記入し診察券入れに入れて待つ。
9時前に初診問診票の記入を言われ提出。
その後は外出可能(殆どの初診は外出)
9時〜12時は初診以外の人の完全予約制。
(待ってても入り込めません。)
12時〜13時が初診の診察時間で9時前の受付順
となってました。
これを分かっていればストレスなく診察受けれると思います。
医師の診察はきちんとしてました。
同じ症状での2回目以降予約はHPからの完全予約制です。
