は	はたち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人的な好き嫌いになるかと思うのですが、臭いがきついのが自分は苦手です。そのため、できるだけ禁煙の部屋を選ぶようにしています。ただこちらで予約した禁煙の部屋ですが入った途端に異様な臭いがしました… かび臭いという表現で正しいかと思いますが、その後冷蔵庫を使用しようとして蓋を開け匂いを嗅いだらとても強烈な臭いがしました… 基本臭い匂いは苦手でフロントに電話し部屋を変えてもらうことにしましたが、変更後の部屋もほのかにカビ臭さが残ってました。匂いが臭いのは本当に辛いので星1つにしたかったのですが、部屋の変更をお願いした際に丁寧な対応をしていただいたため星2つとしています。部屋が臭いというのは、ホテルで休もうとしてる人にとってマイナスでしかありません。改善をお願い致します。 I think it's a personal favorite or dislike, but I'm not good at smelling it. p	pon pon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビジネスユースです。クチコミを参考に禁煙室を借りましたが写真のような小綺麗なホテルではありません。写真が綺麗で値段がそれなりだからと安心してたら中国出張で使ったホテルと同じレベルでかなり不快。水回りはそれなりに臭いがあがってくる。床は何かをこぼした汚れまみれで不潔。備えつけの家具の取っ手が汚れでベタつく。部屋が排水の臭いで生臭いからと風呂の換気扇を付けたままねたら目が覚める程度にうるさい。夜中にユンボウが動いてるのかと錯覚するレベル。スリッパが使い捨てではなく使い回し。ベッドがそるなりにボロい。修繕とか掃除でなんとかなるところすらやってない。だからよけいに腹が立つ。日本人ならちゃんとやれ。 It is a business use.
