★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 烏丸御池下る新風館の地下にあるミニシアター。スクリーン4面ですがいずれもいささか手狭。
スクリーン配置がやや高めで、鑑賞中は少し見上げる姿勢になります。
上映作品は邦画の小品やドキュメンタリー、海外アニメ作品等々。アクション作品も（メインではないですが）上映します。
MCUやガンダムはやらないけど、アフリカンカンフーナチスやシチリアを征服したクマ王国の物語を上映する素敵な映画館です。
ロビーは明るく小洒落た雰囲気で、物販にはワンコーナー程度ですが映画関連の書籍や過去の上映作品のパンフレットなども置いてます。
ホドロフスキーやグザヴィエ・ドラン作品のパンフレットが常設で買える映画館はここ以外では見たことありません。
繁華街ド真ん中から若干ズレた位置にあり、市バスも地下鉄もすぐそば、市営の駐車場も歩ける距離と、交通の便は良いです。
が、ラストまで観ると帰りの足の確保には苦労する、駐車料金は結構するし提携サービスはない、そういう場所です。
 A mini theater in the basement of the Shinpuhkan that descends from Karasuma Oike. There are 4 screens, but all of them are a little too small.
The screen layout is a little high, and you will be looking up a little while watching.
Screening works include small Japanese movies, documentaries, and overseas animation works. Action works will also be screened (though not the main one).
I don't do MCU or Gundam, but it's a nice movie theater that shows the story of the bear kingdom that conquered African Kung-Fu Nazis and Sicily.
The lobby is bright and stylish, and although it is only one corner for merchandise sales, it also has movie-related books and pamphlets of past screenings.
I have never seen a movie theater where you can buy pamphlets of Jodorowsky and Xavier Dolan's works on a permanent basis.
It is located slightly off the center of downtown, close to the city bus and subway, within walking distance of the municipal parking lot, and convenient for transportation.
However, if you look at the last, it is difficult to secure a foot on the way back, the parking fee is quite good and there is no affiliated service, such a place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小さな映画館になるのかもしれませんが私には程よくかんじました。
スピーカーなんかも良くいいおとで映画みれました。
難をいえば、私が入ったホールは入り口が丁度中断にあって途中の出入りが少し気になりました。
映画をみる際は少し入り口を考慮し席を考えた方がいいです。
それ以外はいい映画館でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧き良きミニシアター系の映画館。
地上は新風館。駐車場はないので阪急電鉄、地下鉄を利用するとすぐに現れます。
アップリンクは所狭しとパンフやグッズが溢れ、飲食やチケットが購入できる真裏でシアターで鑑賞のスタイル。好みである。
A good old mini-theater movie theater.
The ground is Shinpuhkan. There is no parking lot, so if you use the Hankyu Railway or the subway, it will appear immediately.
The uplink is narrow and full of pamphlets and goods, and it is a style of viewing in the theater right behind where you can buy food and drink and tickets. I like it.

アクセスが凄くいいアップリンク京都さん。
シネコンで放映されていないような作品が魅力。
ここん烏丸の［京都シネマさん］
出町柳の［出町座さん］
と並び、激ススメの映画館さんです！
Directly connected to Oike Station on the Karasuma Subway Line,
Located on the B1F of Shinpuhkan,
Uplink Kyoto with very good access.
The work that is not aired on the cinema complex is attractive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 映画のチョイスが◎ 売店にアレハンドロ・ホドロフスキーの映画のTシャツが置いてあったのを見た時は、ちょっとびっくりしました。
以前は上映中の飲食はダメだったらしいですけど今はOKみたいです。
ただ小さな映画館なので仕方ない面もありますが、夏場は空調が座席によっては寒すぎる。何か羽織るものを持って行った方が良いです。
あとは音響があまり良くない。うるさく感じる事もあります。
Movie choice ◎ I was a little surprised when I saw Alejandro Jodorowsky's movie T-shirt at the shop.
It seems that eating and drinking during the screening was not good before, but now it seems OK.
It's a small movie theater, so it can't be helped, but in the summer, the air conditioning is too cold depending on the seats. You had better bring something to wear.
After that, the sound is not so good. It can be noisy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 烏丸御池を下がった東側、新風館地下一階にある映画館。
ヴィゴ・モーテンセン初監督·主演の「フォーリング」を観に初めて伺いました。
４つあるシアターはこじんまりした席数ですが、椅子は座り心地良く、２列目に座っても楽でした。
他の映画館では上映されていない作品がいろいろ観られます。
ちょっとマニアック(?)な映画が揃っている個性的な映画館ですね。
A movie theater on the first basement floor of the Shinpuhkan on the east side of Karasuma Oike.
I visited Viggo Mortensen for the first time to see "Falling", the first director and starring.
The four theaters have a small number of seats, but the chairs are comfortable to sit in and it was easy to sit in the second row.
You can see various works that have not been shown in other movie theaters.
It's a unique movie theater with a little maniac (?) Movies.
