★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦自体は美味しいが冷たい方が美味しい。いなか蕎麦というものがあり、珍しいから頼んだが、煮込んだ野菜に塩味？のスープでいイマイチでした。それ以外のメニューは美味しそう。カツ丼が人気らしい。
The soba itself is delicious, but the colder it is, the better. There is soba noodles in the country, and I asked for it because it is rare, but is the stewed vegetables salty? The soup was not good. The other menus look delicious. Katsudon seems to be popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この日の金山町は雪が降っており、気温がとても低く、体が冷え切っていたのでこぶし館に立ち寄り「かけそば並」を注文しました。
蕎麦の喉越しも良いし蕎麦つゆも醤油が効いて美味しい！付け合わせの伽羅蕗が旨くてこれとご飯だけでいくらでも食べられると思いました。
また食べに来ます。

The soba noodles are good in the throat, and the soy sauce is also effective and delicious! I thought that the garnished butterbur was delicious and I could eat as much as I wanted with just this and rice.

ここでランチすることにしました。
コロナ禍対策でドアは全部開けてあります。
券売機で食券を買います。
何にするか悩みますね。
イチオシはアザキ大根高遠そばです
人気ナンバー１は煮込みかつ丼です
ざるそばとミニカツ丼１０５０円と煮込みかつ丼８５０円にしました。
水はセルフです。
三密にならないように、二人ずつ前向きに座るように配置されています。
蕎麦はまあまあです。ソースカツ丼も肉は薄いですが、柔らかかったです。
煮込みカツ丼は一番無難かもしれません。
結構美味しかったです。

I made Zaru soba and mini katsudon for 1050 yen and stewed and bowl for 850 yen.

Soba is ok. The meat on the sauce cutlet bowl was thin, but it was tender.
Stewed katsudon may be the safest.
It was quite delicious.

蕎麦とカツ丼が推しのメニューで、今回の訪問では煮込みカツ丼を注文。
会津といえばソースかつ丼のイメージが強いですが、煮込みカツ丼も味もボリュームも充分満足出来る一品でした?
また食後に食べた赤かぼちゃソフトクリームもデザートとして上出来でした?
こぶし館は只見線の会津中川駅からの徒歩圏内に在るので、会津中川駅に停まる団体臨時列車のツアー客のランチスポットになってる感じです。
また近くに立ち寄り湯が楽しめる中川温泉も在るので、食後か食前に温泉に浸かる流れもオススメです。

The Fist Museum is within walking distance from Aizu-Nakagawa Station on the Tadami Line, so it feels like a lunch spot for tour guests of group special trains that stop at Aizu-Nakagawa Station.
There is also Nakagawa Onsen, where you can stop by and enjoy the hot springs, so it is recommended that you soak in the hot springs after or before meals.
