野	野菜てんこ盛り on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20220121 5時20分頃に着くと1番のりでした。アルコール消毒してコートを店員さんに預けて着席。注文したのはとろレバー、とろハラミ、とろホルモンの味噌、うなじのタレ、シマチョウのタレ。飲み物はビールとホッピーの白と黒です。とろレバーは豚ですが中を少し半生くらいにするとトロケテ行くのが分かる良い感じになります。くさみもなくゴマ塩のタレとマッチして美味。とろハラミも焼きすぎ注意ですね。部位で多少異なりますが柔らかくて肉汁ジューシーでした。とろホルモンは1度ボイルしているので軽く炙るのとじっくり炙るので食感を変えて楽しめます。味噌はそのままでも、お店のタレにつけても美味しかったです。うなじは脂身多めですがいやな脂ではなかったです。噛みごたえもあり、噛むと甘い肉汁が溢れて美味。シマチョウは値段の割りには少ない感じでしたが味は間違いありませんでした。ビールはグラスなので、やや少な目。ホッピーの中も少な目で中3に弱冠足らない感じでした。内臓系しか頼みませんでしたが、どれも味は良かったです。店員さんの雰囲気や対応も良かったです。ご馳走様でした。 20220121 When I arrived at around 5:20, it was the first glue.
