後	後藤ランドナー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田に旅行で来ました。駅の方へ向かえば、何かうまそうなお店があると思い、見た目は古そうなお店だったのですが、なぜか引かれるものが有り、入店。初老の店主がひとり、迎えてくれました。店内には、誰も居なく、これは、やらかしたかと。もう入ってしまったので、とりあえず、ビールと、モツ煮込み、ハラミ、牛ホルモンを注文。すると、ハラミがないとのこと。やっぱり、やらかした。まあ、無いので、カルビに変更。ひとりで切り盛りしていたので、忙しそうでした。注文の品が到着。なかなか厚切りで、さしも入っていて、旨そう。ジュージュー焼いていざ実食。なかなか旨いぞ。タレも旨い。調子にのって、特上カルビ￥1,500を２皿。お肉も柔らかく、旨かった。モツ煮込みは、私の口には、甘めに感じました。調味料もテーブルには無かったので、少し残念。〆に、石焼きビビンバを注文。これまた絶品。どこぞの食べ放題の焼肉屋と違って、ちゃんと、お焦げもしっかりできて、いつまでもアツアツで旨かったです。お肉も美味しく、石焼きビビンバもホントに旨かった。残念なのが、ハラミが無かったので星４つにしました。穴場的な存在のお店で、秋田に来たときには、また寄りたいお店です。 I came to Akita for a trip. The sauce is also delicious. To the condition, 2 plates of extra fine ribs ¥1,500. The meat was also tender and delicious. The simmered motu was sweet to my mouth. I was a little disappointed because there were no seasonings on the table. I ordered stone-baked bibimbap at 〆. This is also excellent. Unlike the all-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurant, you can burn it properly and it will always be hot and delicious. The meat was delicious and the stone-roasted bibimbap was delicious. Unfortunately, there was no harami, so I chose 4 stars. It's a well-known place, and when you come to Akita, you want to visit again.
