ト	トミー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年にわたってお世話になっています。受付や事務の方も気さくに声をかけていただきいつも気持ちよく通院させていただいています。障害年金や手帳、自立支援の更新手続きなども前もってお知らせいただけるのでとても助かっています。ドクターはじめスタッフの方々も親切でとても良い病院です。 I have been taking care of it for many years. The receptionist and the office staff also call me openly and always visit the hospital comfortably. It is very helpful to let us know in advance the disability pension, personal organizer, and renewal procedures for independence support. The doctors and staff are also kind and very good hospitals.
世	世界最弱のおにぎり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう長いお付き合いなので受付・事務の方とも会計時などに世間話をさせていただきますし、名前も顔も覚えてくださっているのでいつも安心して受診しています。少々混みますが許容範囲です。たいした問診もせずに薬だけ処方して点数を稼いでいる病院とは違います。私はお世話になり続けるつもりでいます。 I have a long relationship, so I will talk to the receptionist and the office clerk at the time of accounting and so on. お	おーちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長先生他何人か先生が勤務していますが、今は若い男性の先生が多いような気がします。友達のような感じで診察してくる先生や、ただひたすらこちらの言ってる事を聞いて助言をしてくる先生など色々なタイプの先生がいます。カウンセリング担当のカウンセラーには女性の方も何人かいます。デイケアや入院施設もあり、一度病棟に入ったことがありますが、とても雰囲気が良かったです追記 2021年秋頃から入られた女性の事務員さん2名。患者さんを怖いものや汚いものを見るような目付きで見るの良くないですよ？態度悪いです。正直、こういった医療機関で働くの向いていないのでは？この2名を除いた事務員さん達は良い人もいるのに残念。
月	月代梓 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、通院して、院長先生に診ていただいておりました。予約しても、30分や1時間ならまだしも、数時間レベルでかなり長時間待たされます。予約制が破綻している状態。お医者様は「患者を助ける」のが仕事だと私は思うのですが、診察は適当。とりあえず薬出して、副作用出て、副作用止めを出す、そして副作用がまた出て、副作用止め、その繰り返し。今思えば、治す気があるのか疑問に思う診療。あと、医療報酬稼ぎに、5分や10分程度の診察しかしないのに、カルテに「30分以上」とハンコを押す。法律的に違反してるかは存じませんが、ウソついてまでお金が欲しいのでしょうか？同院のデイケア・ショートケアも通っておりました。そちらには満足しておりました。色々なプログラムに参加させていただきました。最低評価つけたいですが、ショートケア・デイケアの分がありますので☆２つで評価させていただきます。 ※当方、入院勧められましたが、断り続けた為、入院関連は知りません。ほかの方のクチコミをご参考になさってください。 I used to go to the hospital and see the director. ゆ	ゆんゆん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 父が5年ほど通院しています。報告連絡の出来ない担当医と事務員に呆れました。父の症状が重くなり精神障害者手帳の申請をするため診断書を書いて貰うことにしました。担当医が言うには10日から２週間待てと言われました。父が通院するリウマチ内科の医院では即日発行でした。上尾の森医院では時間がかかりすぎです。しかも2週間経過しても連絡が来ないため連絡しても事務員は出来ていないの一点張り。三週間が経過したので父にかわり私が連絡しました。すると今度は事務員が「横山医師が先週お休みだかから書いてない。そんなに急ぐんですか？」とのたまった。更に呆れました。医師の休みは医院都合であるし三週間も放っておいて開き直りなんて社会人としてもあり得ない。私は「遅れるなら連絡して遅れる旨を電話するべきでしょう」と言えば「患者がおおいからいちいち折り返しの電話はしていない」とのこと。医師も医師なら事務員も言い訳ばかりで責任逃ればかりする医院です。もし診断書を早く必要なら別の医院にかかることをおすすめします。精神衛生に悪い事ばかり言う務員に呆れました。 My father has been going to the hospital for about 5 years. If you need a medical certificate early, we recommend that you go to another clinic. I was amazed by the staff who said only bad things about mental health.
