★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 耳鼻咽喉科の医師は最悪。そもそも話は聞かないし、こっちが話をしてもそれを否定すらしてくる。感謝すら述べたくない。今どきこんな治療やってるところあるんですね。もう二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 耳鼻科はひどい。医師が患者に寄り添って対応しない、今時珍しい病院。患者が沢山いるわけでもないのに話を聞こうともしない。困ってるのに別の可能性も考えてくれない。
お金と時間の無駄だった。二度と行かないし行かない方がいいと思う。
受付から気持ちが暗くなるのも残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 病院として利用した訳ではなく、上尾市民として健康診断を受けに行きました。(コロナ禍なので2年ぶりです。)
通常なら1時間はかかる行程なのですが、コロナのせいか受診者が少なくトントンと進み、1時間かからなかった。(肺と前立腺ガン検診も合わせて40分くらい。)
1ヶ月後に結果がもらえるが、コロナ禍なので郵送です。
そんなに悪い対応はなかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 耳鼻咽喉科を受診。あまりにも医師の対応が酷すぎ。威圧的で怠慢な態度。こちらの質問等は聞く耳持たない。話を遮り何を言っても否定。お子様連れの患者さんから院内のスタッフまで 本当にかわいそう。上記の口コミも評価も良くないので改めて酷さを再認識した。病院の受診で過去1番で不快な思いをした。もう二度と行かない。本当に時間の無駄

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人間ドックを受診。健康診断の方もあり、詰め込み過ぎ。途中、30分以上待たされたり、待合室が溢れていたり、寒かったりで、クレームをいう。上司が出てきて謝るが、改善するとは言わなかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年に受診。2018年頃にいた親切な若い先生ではなく、話聞かない年配の先生にに変わっちゃってました。直近一年の評価が悪いのも納得です。問診票に書いたことについて一切確認することもなく、私は一言も発する機会もないまま1分で処置を終えられました。
ただ、病院は接客業じゃないのでこれだけをもって★1にはできないなーと思います。名医過ぎて的確な判断を超スピードで下された可能性もありますし(笑)また、患者自身が有る程度自己診断できていて、特定の薬を処方してほしいという明確な意図を持って受診するのであれば(そういうケースは耳鼻科ではよくある)、このスピード感はむしろ好都合だと思います。
一方で、月曜午前というドピーク時間帯に医師1スタッフ1、窓口1という少人数オペレーション体制を取っている点にも問題がある気がします。医師やスタッフも病院経営の被害者なのかもしれませんね。。。

There is a possibility that he was too good a doctor to make an accurate decision at super speed (laughs). Also, the patient himself was able to make a self-diagnosis to a certain extent, and he consulted with a clear intention to prescribe a specific drug. If so (such cases are common in otolaryngology), I think this sense of speed is rather convenient.
On the other hand, I feel that there is also a problem in that we have a small-group operation system with 1 doctor, 1 staff, and 1 window during the peak hours of Monday morning. Doctors and staff may also be victims of hospital management. .. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅前という場所が便利なので利用しました。院内は綺麗で待合室も広いです。ただ受付スタッフの方が、「診察時間まで時間があるのでちょっと外出して良いですか」と言うと、目許をいじりながら私と目を合わせず、「お戻りになられましたら言ってくださーい」という対応。会計の時も目を合わせません。先生は年配の方で、レビューでは毀誉褒貶があるようですが、話も聞いていただけましたし、処置も良かったです。ゆっくり話してくださったので、なんか和みました。しかし受付の対応はないなー。不衛生で不愉快です。
