二	二宮悠貴 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今までで一番最悪な内科でした。 40℃の熱が出てすごく辛くてぐったりしてたのに2時間待たされました。地獄でした。受付の貼り紙には「患者様の症状の状態で前後することがございます」とありました。どう考えても2時間待たせるほど、後に回すような患者(私)ではないと思います。それなのに私よりだいぶ後に来た元気な方(予約してない方)をすぐ通してました。何なのでしょうか？その後、診察を受けて処方箋をもらい自宅に帰って飲んで寝ました。翌日の朝、治っていると思っていましたが、全く変化ありませんでした。その翌日もあまり変化がありませんでした。治らないので家にあった市販薬を飲んでみることにしました。そしたら次の朝にはすっかり良くなりました。処方箋が市販薬に負けたのです。これ以上書き込むのが面倒さくなってきたので終わりにします笑１つ言えることはヤブ医者でなので皆さん気を付けて下さい。 It was the worst internal medicine ever. よ	よしたか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの対応が悪いです。子供がインフルエンザの疑いがあり、ホームページを見たら18:30までの為、念のため受付時間は何時までかTELで問い合わせたら「18:30までてすが先生がこのあと用事があって早く閉めたいんです。まぁ先生には言われてないんですけど」と支離滅裂で歯切れの悪い対応。何とか18:25に着いたのですが不機嫌そうな顔。診察が終わり院内処方のはすが処方箋を渡されたので院内処方ではないんですか？と聞いたら、薬が切れてしまってお出しできませんとのこと。はぁ～と思いながらも近くに薬局があるのか聞いたら、あるけどもう閉まっているだろうとの話。では、どうしたら良いのか聞いたら自分でドラッグストアを探してくれと。インフルエンザの子を抱えて夜に薬を求めてさ迷いました。とても冷たい対応で悲しくなりました。後で考えたら、そのスタッフが早く帰りたいためについた嘘で、薬もあるのに面倒だから処方箋にしたのかなと勘ぐってしまいました。二度と行きませんし、オススメ出来ません。 The correspondence of the staff is bad. b	bvq kym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近場で行きやすいという利点で利用してましたが熱を出しおそらく胃腸炎かな？と思い熱があるときは電話してから来てくださいと言われていたので朝9時に電話したところ「今日の発熱外来の予約は終了しました」とのこと。他にも発熱外来やってるところがあるから探してみてくださいと言われました。年に1回も行かないならわかりますが、年に何回もお世話になり予防注射などもこちらでやっていただいてたので私の中ではかかりつけ医と思っていたのですが違ったようです。上尾市に問い合わせたところかかりつけ医に相談しろと言われるし、かかりつけ医と思ってたところから断られたらどうすればいいんでしょうね。コロナ感染を苦慮されるのはわかるけど熱があるだけでお断りなんですか、あーそうですかって感じました。かかりつけ医ではないようなのでまた新たにかかりつけ医を探さなくてはいけないようです。結局熱を出しながら運転は出来ないのでタクシーで違う病院に行き検査をしていただきましたがやはり胃腸炎でした。 I used it because it's easy to get to nearby, but it causes fever and is probably gastroenteritis?
