少し書き直しました(。-∀-) 友達が定期的に通っています✨ 病院対応は 可もなく不可もない、と言っていました✨ でも受付の方は優しくて良いよ?と嬉しそうに話してくれました❗ 「あなたも男だったんだね」と気づかされた一言でした( ´_ゝ`)ゞ 早く病気が治れば良いね?(^_^)

中規模病院ながら質の高い医療を提供。 病院も綺麗でホスピタリティーも上質。 ドクターも親切丁寧です。インフルエンザで駆け込んだ時にも丁寧に診察して頂けました。大病院と町医者の良い所を合わせた感じ。駐車場は少し離れた所に完備。 5つ星をあげたい所だが会計にクレジットカード払いが出来ない所がマイナス。医療費は高額な事もあるので是非とも対応させて欲しい。 更にこれは重要だと考えるが、緊急時の電話連絡手段が無い。通常は8時から17時までは電話対応があるが、それ以降は診療時間外と言う自動アナウンスが流れるのみ。守衛室直通電話の様な対応も無い。 これは急変時に患者にとって著しい不利益だと考えられる。 救急を受け入れる云々と言う問題とは違い、普段通院している患者のフォローアップとしては全く不十分であると考えられる。 「病状の急変は決まった時間に起こる訳では無い。」 一般的な個人開業医ならいざ知らず、中規模病院としては対応策を講じるべきであると考える。 病院として診療面、施設面で良い部分が光るだけにこういう不十分な面を放置しているのは本当に勿体無いと感じます。

Normally, there is a telephone call from 8 to 17 o'clock, but after that, only an automatic announcement that it is outside the medical hours will be heard. There is also no response like a direct telephone in the guard room. This is considered to be a significant disadvantage to the patient during a sudden change. Unlike the problem of accepting an emergency, it is considered to be completely inadequate as a follow-up for patients who usually go to the hospital. "The sudden change in medical conditions does not occur at a fixed time." A general medical practitioner should not be aware of this, and I think that a medium-sized hospital should take countermeasures. As a hospital, I feel that it is unreasonable to leave such inadequate aspects as the good aspects of medical treatment and facilities shine.

皮膚科に行き、U先生に診てもらいました ここ数年はアトピー性皮膚炎が落ち着いていたのが最近になって肌が荒れてきたので診察してもらいに行きました 「市販薬を買ってご自分で治せばいいんじゃないですか」と言われ、 血液検査をしたことも「(自分の)パソコンに記録がない」と嘘つき扱いされました 血液検査の結果が記録忘れって結構な問題だと思うんですが… もう2度と行きません、というか患者さんを拒絶して減らしたかったのでしょうか? それくらいの態度でした 同じ思いをする方が増えないように書かせてもらいました

コロナ禍で発熱のため 朝イチで来院しました。 玄関で看護師さんに「風邪の症状の方は診察時間が昼12時からなので、、家近いですか?もう一度来てもらえますか?」と言われ帰宅。 そして12時に来院すると「今日はもう先生がいません。」と言われました。 受付の方に上記の話をすると、かなり待たされた挙句「あの〜今日とは言っていませんが?」と。 確かに言ってませんが、ほとんどの方は上の話の流れ的に今日だと思うと思います。 それに今日じゃないのでしたら日付を伝えるということをすると思いますが? 腹が立ち山科駅付近の他の病院に行きました。初めからこちらに行けば良かったです。 一部頭がおかしい方がいらっしゃるので 今後一切利用することはないと思います。

私は障害者なので、正面玄関前に障害者用駐車場を示すマークの付いた矢印もあるので その駐車スペースに車を止めようとしたら、駐車禁止だから病棟から100m近く離れた駐車場に車を駐車して歩いて来るように言われた。障害者の事も考えてないこんな病院はどうなのか?

皮膚科混みすぎ。混むなら他の医者雇ってくれればいいのに。別にあの先生じゃなくてもいいので。愛想ないし、この薬効いてないと思うんですけどって言ったら僕は僕の考えがあるんです!って患者にキレる先生はいらない。

この病院には個人情報を提供しない方がいいです。 個人情報の管理漏れは当たり前、問題が発生しても「漏れてたので登録し直しておきました」と開き直り。 今までお世話になった病院の中でここまで人の個人情報を適当に扱う病院は見たことありません。

I had a very good experience. Though I cannot speak Japanese well, they made an effort to speak English. Every staff member I encountered was very kind! The doctor was very knowledgeable and had good manners. I recommend it fully!
