S	Seishi Murakami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 検査技師の先生が狭いタバコ臭すぎてただでも狭いMRI室で辛すぎます。 CD-Rコピーをもらうのに30分ほど待たされたのち、「別途整形外科に送付します」とかいい加減過ぎでしょう。結構高額な検査費用ですが、クレジット払いできないのもイマイチ。 The laboratory technician's teacher smells too small cigarettes and it's just too hot in a small MRI room. P	Printemps Petit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長先生は気さくで話しやすい良い先生ですが、受付の方の仕事が杜撰です。午前中の電話診療をお願いしたくて2日前に予約を入れていましたが、当日12:00を過ぎても電話がかかって来ません。こちらから確認の電話を入れたところ、「本日大変混み合っているため14:00を過ぎるかもしれない」とのこと。さらに夕方16:00まで待ってもかかって来ないため再度こちらから電話をかけると「まだお電話していませんでしたか！？すみません、すぐ院長にお繋ぎします」と、私の予約は忘れてられていた様子でした。それから、電話診療をお願いした際は、必ず数日以内にお支払いに伺っているのですが、支払いの記録がついていないらしく、毎回、今まで受診した全ての電話診療代を請求されます。お金の扱いがいい加減だととても気分が悪いです。電話診療も「先生の時間が空いたとき」ではなく、時間予約で当日中に支払う様な形にして、間違いをなくして頂きたいです。これからもお世話になりたいと思っていますので、ご検討よろしくお願いいたします。 The director is a good teacher who is friendly and easy to talk to, but the work of the receptionist is sloppy. ゆ	ゆりこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもひどい頭痛に悩まされています。先生も根気よく治療してくださってます。受付の方も頭痛持ちの気持ちがすごくわかる方が居るので、辛さをわかってくれます。なにより先生の笑顔が素晴らしいです。ホスピタリティ溢れる病院ですので、通院していて心地いいです。小さいお子さんも怪我とかで駆け込んできます。コロナ禍故、家族総出で待合室はどうかな…という場面は見受けますが、今は頭をぶつけても脳外科へ行く！という親御さんのしっかりした受診姿勢にびっくりします。どんな方でも真摯に対応してくださる病院です。 I'm always suffering from a terrible headache. The hospital is full of hospitality, so It's comfortable to go to the hospital. Even small children can run in due to injuries. Because of the corona illness, I can see the scene where the whole family is in the waiting room ... but now I go to neurosurgery even if I hit my head! I am amazed at the firm attitude of the parents. It is a hospital where anyone can take care of you.

昭	昭彦宇田川 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 歳と共に偏頭痛が気になり根本先生にお世話になりました。 MRIを受ける前に根本先生に自分の偏頭痛を伝えるとMRIと肩のレントゲンで見てみましょうとMRI技師の先生に約20分ですが頑張って下さいと丁寧に説明を受けれました。レントゲンも丁寧にご指導頂き脳内部、血管、肩も綺麗に写真判定で根本先生から細かく説明を聞けました。原因も解り、アドバイスも頂き偏頭痛の不安が取れました。有難う御座いました。また受付のスタッフさんも優しく対応して頂きました。先生の優しさで人気ある病院で混んでましたが待たされても見て貰いたい病院でした。大変お世話になりました。 As I got older, I became worried about migraines and was taken care of by Dr. Nemoto. When I told Dr. Nemoto about my migraine before undergoing MRI, I was politely explained to the MRI technician that I should do my best, although it took about 20 minutes to see it with MRI and X-ray of the shoulder. With careful guidance from X-rays, Dr. Nemoto gave a detailed explanation of the inside of the brain, blood vessels, and shoulders by photo finish. I understood the cause and received advice, so I was worried about migraines. Thank you very much. The reception staff also kindly responded. It was crowded at a popular hospital because of the kindness of the teacher, but it was a hospital that I would like you to see even if you wait. Thank you for all the help you have given me.

A staff who answered my initial phone call were super nice, she answered all my questions accurately. (I’ve called other clinics and they never treated me like this) So I make an appointment on the following day. It was busy as I was told but the staffs often came and explained to me why it’s taking long. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly ordered MRI and X-ray for me. Although there was no “neurological” significance found, he was kind enough to ask me how I wanna do further. It was all done within 3 hours of my first visit. The cost was reasonable too. The clinic is clean and has good vibes. I was able to feel ease throughout this visit.
