★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長や看護師さんの対応は良く、説明も丁寧で安心できました。受付の方の教育をしっかりされたほうが良いと思います。偉そうな態度で診察券や保険証をＰＣしながら片手で受け取ったり、話し方が偉そうで不愉快でした。声も無駄に大きいです。

腹痛などで一般の婦人科を受診、別の病院で内診がトラウマになり不安な気持ちいっぱいで行ったのですが、とても安心感がありました。
内診ができないとなって困らせてしまいましたが、丁寧な説明と、質問にもわかりやすく答えてくださり、不安なままでいるよりも病院に行ってみて本当に良かったです。
また何かありましたらこちらで診ていただきたいです。

混みあっていても早く案内してくれました。

先生はじめ、看護師さん、受付の方々皆さんとても優しく親切です。エコーはとても丁寧に診てくださり、赤ちゃんの様子などを細かく教えてくださります。不安なことは丁寧に答えてくれ、とても安心して受診することができています。一度、受診前に悪阻で体調が悪くなってしまい、受付の方に声をかけるとすぐに対応してくださり、横になる場所を確保してくださいました。午前中の診療時間が過ぎていたにもかかわらず、最後まで親切に対応してくださり感謝しています。皆さんとにかく優しく行く度に癒されています。こんな産科医院があればいいのに、といつも思います。
今後も何かあればこちらにいこうと思っています。本当にいつもありがとうございます。とてもおすすめの婦人科です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生が丁寧で優しくてすごくいいのですがとにかく長時間待たされます。2回行き2回ともそうでした。
カウンセリングをした後に診察なのですが、カウンセリング前に待たされカウンセリングをした後にも軽く30分以上待たされて私の後にきた方々が次々と呼ばれて診察されていきました。内容によって順番が前後するのはどこの病院でもあることで充分承知はしているのですがあまりに待たされすぎてそこまで時間の余裕がいつでもあるわけじゃないのでとても困りました。
時間予約もしてあるのにそんなに待たされるのはどうかと。予約の意味がないです。
電話で問い合わせた際受付の方に聞いても、うーんみなさん30分から1時間くらい待っていただくことはよくありますけどねぇと言われるだけで。
みんなそうだからいいわけじゃないんです、、、待たされてる間そうじゃない人たちをたくさん見ているし、もしみなさんだとしてもみなさんをそれだけ長時間待たせていることの改善を図ってほしいんです。とりあえず謝罪してもらうだけで気持ちは全然違うのですが一切なく、こちらの話にかぶせて大きな声でみなさんそうなので！と主張され続けたのが悲しかったですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service. My partner wanted to get a birth control pill, one that she has gotten at many other clinics in Japan before. The receptionist told us that we can't make an appointment unless we have a Japanese-speaking person with us.
I asked her if I would be sufficient, as my Japanese is not fluent, but at least intermediate - sufficient for a short examination. She just said "No, you need a fluent Japanese speaker with you. Please go to an English-speaking clinic."
Their reasoning for this blatant discrimination is that they need to explain the effects of the pill to you in Japanese. I made it clear that my partner has gotten this exact pill many times, and is fully aware of the side effects and any other information she may need.
IT DID NOT MATTER IN THE LEAST. Just another example of how Japan is centuries behind the rest of the world when it comes to dealing with foreigners and discrimination in general.
