近くで工事をしていたので思い切って電話をしてみました。
ずっと考えていたリフォームは大成功でした。 夢が叶って良いリフォームができました。

初めてのリフォームではっきりとした要望も言えない私の気持ちをしっかりと理解して頂きました。
見積もり書をもらった際に値引き交渉をしてみたのですが、お値引きには応じられないですとはっきりと丁寧に断られてしまいましたが、逆にそれがとても誠実に感じられました。（後で他社と比較してみたら一番安い金額でした）
施工のスタッフの方々も感じがとても良くとっても安心感がありました。仕上がりもとても美しいです。
本当にありがとうございました。又宜しくお願いします。

When I received the quotation, I tried to negotiate a discount, but I was clearly and politely refused that I could not accept the discount, but on the contrary, I felt it very sincerely. (It was the cheapest price when compared with other companies later)
The construction staff also felt very good and had a great sense of security. The finish is also very beautiful.

管理の行き届かない会社だと思いました。

紹介されても、他社と比べて値段が安くても後悔します。
また担当者は基本的に時間を守らないのが、当たり前です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連絡無しのドタキャンが3回、それ以外も「後日連絡します」から連絡来ないのが5回くらいあったかな。補修箇所確認するだけで帰る、を同じ箇所について別の人が3回繰り返した事もあったな。とにかく酷い。二度と関わりたくない。持参の工具箱は道具と材料がぐちゃぐちゃに一緒になって入ってた。換気扇の補修をしてもらった時は空気が逆流して配管のホコリが出てきて酷い目にあった。

Another person repeated the same part three times, just checking the repaired part and returning. Anyway, it's terrible. I don't want to get involved again. The tool box I brought was a mess of tools and materials. When I had the ventilation fan repaired, the air flowed back and dust from the pipes came out, which was a terrible eye.
