★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全品半額との事でしたので今回初めて利用させて頂きましたが、クリーニングに出したものを取りに行ったら声をかけたのに店員さんはスマホをいじるのに夢中ですぐには出てきて貰えませんでした。
また、預かり表に記載されてる時間帯に行ったにも関わらず店員さんの、記入ミスによりまだ届いてないと言われました。土曜日は18時からだとドアの見えずらい部分に小さく書いてあってそれを指さしてあそこにも書いてますと謝罪も手を合わせてすみません〜と誠意を感じられるような謝罪ではありませんでした。
せめてスマホをさわるのは勤務時間内はやめて欲しいです。
あとお客側が壁を隅々まで見るとは限らないのでもっとわかりやすい位置に時間を書いてください。
あれでは誰でも見落とします。
また本社の方にこのような事があったと問い合わせをしたかったのですがHPに問い合わせ欄がありませんので、こちらに書かせて頂きました。
