窓口の女性が最悪でガッカリ。
口座開設の必要があったのに、もう2度と行きたくありません。
サイトをみてもよくわからなかったため、来店。
最初の質問をするなりめんどくさそうな顔で「ここじゃなくてもできますよ」と意味不明の回答。
その後持ち物の話になると免許証を持ってないないから必要なものを聞くと、逆に何持ってますか？と感じ悪い質問返しをされる。
極めつけはアプリでも免許証なくても出来ると言われ、必要と言われた住民票を取りに行ったのに、アプリは免許証しか対応せず、無駄足で窓口の営業時間も終了。
こんなひどい対応あるんだ、、と驚く程でした。２度といかない。住民票代も返してほしいくらいだ。
