本日初めてクリーニングを利用させていただきましたが、まず第一印象から最悪。店に入っても｢いらっしゃいませ｣もなく、ずっとお札を数えている女性の方。初めて来る店なのでどうしたら良いかわからずとりあえず｢クリーニングお願いします｣と声をかけると、すぐに動く訳ではなくやっぱりお札を数えている女性。ようやく動いたかと思えばたどたどしい接客で、大変不快な思いをしました。レジをいじりながら突然電話番号を聞かれたので、恐らく受け取りなどに必要になるのだろうと思い電話番号を伝えたところ｢すみません、ほかの番号ないですか？｣と。彼女が何をしようとしているかわからず思わず｢何に使う番号ですか？｣と聞き返してしまいました。そうするとそこでようやく｢初めてのご利用ですか｣と……。名前は出しませんが、彼女が新人だったのなら、たどたどしい接客なのもわかります。(もし新人でないのなら問題だと思いますが…) しかし、新人が困った時にすぐに対応できるよう先輩スタッフが近くに控えていない(おそらくお店には彼女1人？他にスタッフの姿が見えませんでした)のはシフトに問題があるのではと思います。普段クチコミなどは投稿しておりませんが、会社に問い合わせようにも連絡先もないのでここに投稿させていただきます。本当に不愉快でした。これなら他のクリーニング店を利用すればよかった。もう二度と利用しないと思います。

I was suddenly asked for a phone number while playing with the cashier, so I thought it would be necessary to receive it, and when I told him the phone number, he said, "Excuse me, is there another number?" I didn't know what she was trying to do, and I instinctively asked, "What is the number used for?" Then, finally, "Is this your first time using it?" ... I won't give you a name, but if she's a newcomer, you'll find that she's a terrifying customer service. (I think it's a problem if you're not a newcomer ...) However, there is a problem with the shift because the senior staff is not nearby (probably one girlfriend in the shop? I could not see any other staff) so that newcomers can respond immediately when they are in trouble. I think. I don't usually post word-of-mouth communication, but I don't have any contact information to contact the company, so I will post it here. It was really unpleasant. In this case, I should have used another laundry. I don't think I will use it again.
