5歳の子供が視力検査と診察を受けましたが、声かけが優しく病院嫌いな子供でも大丈夫でした。視力検査の先生、診察の先生、受付もとても感じが良かったです。

受付の方も看護師さんも先生も皆さん感じのいい方でした。 平日の朝早くだからか、待ち時間がなくてよかったです。

仕事先の入居者さまをお連れしました。認知症があり、不安感から大声を出されたりするかたなのですが、お医者さんや看護師のかたが、とても穏やかな対応をしてくださり、不安感を和らげる声かけでパニックにならず受診ができました。以前に別な眼科で目薬処方されたものの経過思わしくなくこちらでセカンドオピニオンを兼ねて受診したところ、薄紙をはぐように目の状態が改善しました。本当に感謝しています。これからもお世話になると思います。

3歳の子の眼科検査に伺いました。子供が泣き叫んだりして検査が出来ないんじゃないかと不安でしたが、優しい若い女性の先生が幼児の扱いが上手で問題なくすんなり終わりびっくりしました。幼児でも安心して受診できるクリニックだと思います。 院内も綺麗で自転車置き場もありました。

診察や検査は問題ないのですが、受付の年配の女性がタメ口でちょっと意地が悪いです。

こちらも仕事の都合でしょうがなく予約変更しなければならないのに、電話対応した受付の方に明らかに嫌そうな態度を取られました。 何時に来れそうか聞かれたので、17時30分ころに伺えないかと聞いたところ、スタッフが少なくなる時間だから早くこいと病院側の都合を押し付けられ、8時15分に来られないかと言われたが難しいと伝えても説き伏せようとしてくる始末。 近いけど、正直もう行きたくありません。

受付のおばあさんの態度がとても悪いです。他の方も書いていましたが、やたら自己都合を押し付けてきます。毎回土曜日の11時に予約をいれようとしますが、当初はやたら早い時間に変更を押し付けてきました。変更しないのがわかると毎回遅れないように念押しするようになりました。とても偉そうな物言いです。受付最終は11時半なのに。よほど早く終わらせたいからなのでしょう。検査の日にコンタクトを着けて行ったとき、受付から「やだ。いつもよ」とこちらに聞こえる声で言っていました。医療機関の受付とは患者よりもとても偉いのですね。普通の事業会社の受付ならとっくにクビでしょう。言葉遣いは丁寧ですが、感じはとても悪いです。先生は優しく丁寧でこれからもお世話になりたいだけにとても残念です。他の従業員の方も感じのよい方ばかりです。あのおばあさんがいなければ?????です。 20210108訪問しました。保険証を忘れたところ、何やら上記のばあさんがでかい声で「良いです」「今日はっ!」ってなんという無礼な言い方。さすがに今日は耐えかねて院長先生に苦情をさせていただきました。ちなみにこの老婆は診察券を受け取るにもこちらを向かず片手で受け取ります。あの老婆のせいで通院しなくなった人も多数いるでしょう。あんな人間を受付にしていては病院の損失だと思うのですが。先生と他の方はすごく親切で優しいので残念です。これを機に改善される事を期待します。
