み	み（み） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく接客態度が今まででどこよりも最悪でした。コンタクト用の視力を測りたくて伺ったのですが、今日はコンタクト買わずにネットで買うと言っているのに、受付の人が「処方箋出ないですよ？」とアゴを思い切り上げ、ものすごくバカにするように見下して言われました。どう見てもカラコンをつけているのに、またバカにしたように「コンタクトは初めてですか？」と。何度もネットで買いたいから視力を測りたくてきた。処方箋はいらない。と言っても納得せず、呆れたように見下した態度で心の底から不快でした。また、視力検査技師の人が、説明するときに右と左を何回か間違えていたので、左右の度数でどっちなのか分からなくなり、後日電話をかけました。すると「分からなくなっちゃったんです？」とまたバカにしたような返答。私の方が年上なのに話し方もなめていました。診察直後に電話した旨も伝えたところ、鼻でフッと笑い、「診療時間過ぎてるんで。」と。そんなの分かっているし、そちらが左右ちゃんと説明していればこちらも電話をする必要は無かったし、何度もかけたのに出ず、やっと繋がったのにこの態度か。と。謝ってすらもらえませんでした。むしろ何回か鼻で笑われました。それに検査も雑で、お金を払っているのに実際の自分の視力は全く教えてもらえませんでした。コンタクトの度数も2つ言われ、どっち？ってなりました。数字も紙は無く、処方箋もないのに2,500円で高過ぎませんか？正直星1すらもつけたくありません。二度と行きませんし、本当に他院をオススメします。むしろこの接客態度でよく成り立っているな。と Anyway, the customer service attitude was the worst ever.
